It used to be that if you wanted a retractable stock or brace on your pistol, you had to buy a compatible model and then head over to Flux Defense to buy one of their awesome PDW kits. If you’ve never shot a pistol with one attached, don’t scoff and turn up your Fuddy nose at it. I’ve shot both Glocks and the SIG P320 from a Flux brace, and not only is it insanely fun, but with a red dot attached, it feels like you’re shooting a semi-auto MP5 — accuracy and stability you can never get out of a pistol. But if you want a one-stop shopping experience, SIG has you covered with the new P320 Flux Legion package.
SIG and Flux have teamed up to offer a ready-out-of-the-box factory Legion P320 pistol with a Flux Raider X chassis and stabilizing brace already installed.

Who can forget when the Flux Raider chassis dropped in 2018. It was immediately dismissed by many in the gun world, but the rest fell in love with the idea. And most people, after getting on in their hands, just had to buy one, especially since the PCC (pistol caliber carbine) craze was heating up hardcore at the time. The improved Flux Raider X chassis system turns a handgun into a PCC and yeah, in the past few years, the gun world has warmed up to it nicely. (The recently released P365 chassis sold out in just eight minutes.)
The new P320 Flux Legion package blends the famous features of the SIG Legion line with a chassis system that not only offers a retractable and instantly deployable brace, but also a 60+1-round carry capacity (one 30-round mag loaded in the pistol and another on board) that collapses to just about 11 inches in overall length weighing roughly 3 pounds.
Additional features include XRAY3 Day/Night iron sights that co-witness under the rear non-reciprocating Picatinny optics rail (which obviously makes attaching carbine-sized red dots super easy) an ambidextrous dual magazine release system, a front PIcatiny mount for underbarrel accessories, an integrated flared magwell, and an ambidextrous safety.
The new SIG P320 Flux Legion packages ships with two extended 30-round P320 magazines.
“The P320-Flux Legion takes a 9mm handgun, using the SIG Sauer P320 Fire Control Unit, and transforms it into an easily concealed PCC style platform, with the stability of a carbine and loads of Legion upgrades to bring more speed, maneuverability, and control to conceal carry,” said Robby Johnson, SIG’s CMO.

“This build has a long list of features including a single-finger fast-deploying spring brace for rapid deployment, 30-round capacity, an integrated compensator in the custom Legion slide, and a dual-mag release system to get you started. Add to that the endless amounts of customization that can be achieved with the front and rear Picatinny mounts and an ambidextrous safety we are sure that the P320-Flux Legion is destined to be a Legion fan favorite.”
As is the norm, SIG hasn’t coughed up an MSRP yet, but let’s do some mat. Buying a Raider X P320 chassis from Flux will run you $539.99 – $648.99 depending on options. The P320 Legion models (there are several) are all priced around $1,000. So you’re looking at a price of nearly $1,700. And I remember the days when $800 was considered pricey for any 9mm handgun.
If you want an extended barrel or any other Flux-specific accessories, you’ll have to buy them separately from Flux Defense.
